When the World Shifts

When Neptune and Saturn come together, the world shifts.
As member FK_Immortal brought to our attention, the last time the planets were in conjunction was back in 1989, the year the Cold War effectively ended.
- Fall of the Berlin Wall (Nov 9, 1989) – Symbolized the collapse of the Iron Curtain and the beginning of German reunification. It marked the end of Soviet dominance in Eastern Europe.
- Revolutions of 1989 in Eastern Europe – Peaceful (and sometimes violent) uprisings in Poland, Hungary, Czechoslovakia, East Germany, Bulgaria, and Romania that ended Communist rule in those countries. The start of the end of the Soviet Union.
- Tiananmen Square Protests (April–June 1989) – Pro-democracy demonstrations in Beijing, violently suppressed by the Chinese government on June 4, leading to hundreds (possibly thousands) of deaths.
- End of Soviet–Afghan War (Feb 1989) – The USSR withdrew troops, signaling a retreat from Cold War proxy wars.
- Malta Summit (Dec 1989) – Meeting between U.S. President George H.W. Bush and Soviet leader Mikhail Gorbachev, widely seen as the symbolic end of the Cold War.

While we’ve been mostly been focusing on Neptune this year, Saturn has always been with Neptune… uniting for the first time since 1989… peaking around July 2025 (coinciding with Neptune’s return to the American Civil War position! and the start of Neptune’s retrograde and the start of the Epstein scandal, etc.)…
…and then again around February 2026.
~July 2025 & ~Feb 2026… Sounds familiar?
We should get a clear preview/omen/impact around August 29th which is not far away now.
The previous Neptune-Saturn conjunction in 1989 definitely gives us a lot of insight. The biggest theme: The end of existing world order.
Uncanny, isn’t it? Exactly what we are seeing in 2025!
But this time around Neptune throws into the mix the idea of the American Civil War. Hence the seemingly inevitable implication that the “end of the world order” will center around the United States which is course not at all surprising.
Back in 1989, it was the start of the end of the Soviet Union (Russia). In 2025, we may well be seeing the start of the end of the United States. Exactly matching the scenario we’ve been highlighting for more than a year now here on STR.
