Boom. Harvard professor Avi Loeb, who is probably most responsible for all the 3I/ATLAS “alien probe” buzz, is now pointing to Jupiter as a key piece of the puzzle, the first one to do so after we started highlighting it months ago here on STR.
Nov 22 Astrophysicist’s latest 3I/ATLAS theory: It’s interested in Jupiter
Harvard astrophysicist Avi Loeb, who still insists 3I/ATLAS could be an alien vessel instead of a comet, is now pointing to the interstellar object’s expected rendezvous with the solar system’s largest planet early next year.
He said 3I/ATLAS is expected to come closest to Jupiter on March 16, 2026, as it leaves our planetary system. At that time the object is estimated to be 33 million miles from Jupiter, compared with the wider berth of 170 million miles the Earth will have with 3I/ATLAS on Dec. 19.
“It comes exactly at the right distance from Jupiter for Jupiter’s gravity to dominate. So, if it wants to release some probes near Jupiter, that’s where it needs to be,” Loeb told “NewsNation Prime” on Saturday.
He is referring to this “rendezvous” we’re already very familiar with…
…part of our big Countdown ticking down to March/spring 2026.
I guess all the UFO/UAP/alien people will now start focusing on this as well, making March 2026 buzz worthy even outside of STR.
Loeb also mentioned 3I/ATLAS‘s closest approach to Earth coming up on December 19th…
…which happens to be the exact deadline date for the release of the Epstein Files! The moment Trump signed the Epstein bill on November 19, the one-month countdown started ticking down to the opening of the Upside Down underworld.
3I/ATLAS will also be directly under Leo, the Great Sphinx in the sky, around December 19th…
…perfectly corresponding to the theoretical/symbolic position of the fabled Hall of Records…
…which in our model is more or less interchangeable with the Epstein Files.

Additionally December 19th is the birthday of actor Jake Gyllenhaal who played “Donnie Darko“…
…a film recently discussed in our “Decoding UPS plane crash” series prompted by a deadly plane crash in Louisville, exploding after one of its engines fell off just like in Donnie Darko (the engine ends up killing Donnie).
Quite a coincidence.
Donnie Darko is a time travel movie and, as most recently discussed on October 22 (“The Hall of Time Travel“), in H.G. Wells’ “The Time Machine” the time machine gets stuck inside a sphinx which is somehow at the center of it all.
Donnie Darko also involves a local motivational speaker who gets exposed as a pedophile and is arrested.
