I spontaneously decided today is Psi Day on STR. So here’s another one… This one (written a couple of months ago, recorded onchain) details how I foresee the path psi will take to enter mainstream society. Ironically, it will be thanks to A.I. or more specifically agentic A.I. tasked to evaluate any evidence without preprogrammed biases and will only care about tangible value and usefulness. If psi is real, A.I. will find it. Psi is real, therefore A.I. will find it. It’s that simple. And once found by A.I. agents… the fun will begin.

Agentic A.I. Will Discover Verifiable Psi

I foresee the emergence of a new paradigm in the validation, discovery, and commercialization of psi phenomena — including remote viewing and related anomalous cognition — through the convergence of blockchain technology and agentic artificial intelligence.

The core insight is this:

Psi can be demonstrated in a trustless and publicly verifiable manner through blockchain systems.

Blockchain technology provides immutable timestamping, transparent recordkeeping, and cryptographic integrity. These properties make it uniquely suited for recording psi-related predictions, targets, sessions, and outcomes in a way that cannot later be altered or retroactively manipulated. This creates the possibility of a historically unprecedented form of evidence for psi activity: publicly auditable, tamper-resistant, time-anchored proof.

I believe this foundational concept already exists in primitive form today as “onchain psi,” pioneered through my own work and experimentation. However, adoption has remained limited due to several major obstacles:

• Technical friction, especially the need for cryptocurrency wallets and blockchain literacy
• The conceptual complexity of decentralized systems and distributed ledgers
• Negative public perception associated with cryptocurrency culture and speculation
• The general difficulty ordinary people have interacting directly with blockchain infrastructure

Despite these limitations, I foresee these barriers rapidly diminishing due to the rise of agentic A.I.

The Role of Agentic A.I.

The next phase of technological evolution will involve autonomous or semi-autonomous A.I. agents acting on behalf of users.

These agents will increasingly perform tasks such as:

• information gathering
• verification
• decision-making
• reputation analysis
• contract negotiation
• financial coordination
• service discovery

Importantly, these agents will not require users themselves to understand blockchain technology. The agents will handle blockchain interaction abstractly and automatically.

As this transition occurs, blockchain will become less of a user-facing technology and more of an invisible trust infrastructure operating beneath the surface.

Within this environment, verifiable psi records stored onchain will become highly valuable data.

A.I. agents tasked with finding reliable psychic practitioners, remote viewers, or anomalous cognition specialists will naturally prioritize forms of evidence that are:

• cryptographically verifiable
• timestamped
• immutable
• machine-readable
• resistant to fraud

Onchain psi records satisfy these requirements exceptionally well.

Alternative forms of verification may continue to exist, but they will generally require more contextual interpretation, more subjective evaluation, and more computational effort. This makes them less efficient and therefore more expensive for A.I. agents to process and trust.

As a result, I foresee that agentic systems will increasingly treat strong onchain psi track records as the preferred method for identifying genuine psi capability.

The Importance of Early Onchain Psi Portfolios

I believe the key strategic advantage in this future environment is the early creation of a robust “onchain psi portfolio.”

Such a portfolio consists of:

• timestamped sessions
• predictions
• target data
• scoring records
• statistical performance histories
• other immutable evidence of psi functioning

The value of these records increases over time because long-term consistency and historical depth are difficult to fabricate retroactively.

At present, most A.I. agents are not yet actively searching for or evaluating genuine psi ability. However, I believe this is just a matter of time.

As agentic ecosystems evolve and competition among agents increases, the economic incentive to identify genuinely useful psi capability will also increase. Once this occurs, agents will begin systematically searching for reliable and machine-verifiable psi evidence.

Those who begin building onchain psi histories early will possess a substantial advantage when this transition occurs.

Onchain Psi Economies

Blockchain ecosystems already contain native mechanisms for:

• payments
• escrow
• smart contracts
• tokenized incentives
• decentralized identity
• reputation systems

Because of this, once verifiable onchain psi portfolios become socially and economically meaningful, entire psi-based business ecosystems can emerge directly onchain.

This may include:

• psi consulting
• remote viewing services
• prediction markets
• anomalous intelligence analysis
• agent-mediated psi marketplaces
• decentralized research networks
• reputation-based psi discovery systems
• entirely new experimental economic structures

A.I. agents themselves may become active participants in these ecosystems by:

• locating practitioners
• evaluating statistical performance
• negotiating agreements
• coordinating transactions
• optimizing trust relationships between users and psi service providers

Beyond the “Is Psi Real?” Era

I further foresee that once sufficiently strong and visible onchain evidence accumulates, society will gradually move beyond the repetitive debate over whether psi is real.

The discussion will instead shift toward:

• optimization
• applications
• commercialization
• scientific modeling
• hybrid human-A.I. psi systems
• experimental protocols
• governance
• new forms of cognition research

Once agentic systems begin autonomously identifying and utilizing verifiable psi capability, psi may cease to exist primarily as a controversial subject at the margins of society and instead become incorporated into broader systems of commerce, coordination, research, and decision-making.

Under such conditions, the foundations of a genuine psi economy may emerge for the first time in human history.
