…with what was at least to me a clear allusion to gravity. An invisible star (“black star”) bending the fabric of spacetime per Einstein’s general relativity).
Gravity does literally bend space and time. You could say gravity causes a “dis-ease” (stress) in the spacetime matrix… like a virus.
You could then say gravity is a “time virus“… or “chrono-virus“? Evoking Corona-virus.
Fitting and perfectly timely right now as the coronavirus marks the end of our reality/history/world or “end of time”, the ultimate “time dis-ease”.
