Before we forget, a remarkable fact highlighted by member Bwade… that the new and final movie trailer for Project Hail Mary released via the Super Bowl on Sunday had a Prince song as its background music! (“I Would Die 4 U”.)

It’s a film we’ve been discussing quite a bit since last fall…

The film is based on a novel by Andy Weir whose previous novel was titled “Artemis”
- NASA’s crewed Moon mission “Artemis 2” will attempt launching in early March or early April
Andy Weir also wrote “The Martian” (also a movie) and a prequel fan-fiction which became part of “Ready Payer One“
“Ready Player One” the movie contains the date Dec 8, 2025 (= Damage Plan Disclosure Day) and was directed by Steven Spielberg whose latest film “Disclosure Day” is coming out in June

Plus of course the fact that it seems to interact with Stranger Things by being “upside down” which the Super Bowl trailer doubled down on by opening with Ryan Gosling upside down.

The significance of Prince stems directly from Stranger Things (and his home town Minneapolis)…

…as it was Prince’s “Purple Rain” that was the final countdown climax song near the end of Stranger Things 5 aired on New Year’s Eve, which immediately cuts to a new scene (“18 months later”) showing the Indiana “torch” flag and “Indiana Jones”…

…which makes us wonder if Artemis 2 is most likely to launch in early April (launch window = April 1-6) directly coinciding with the NCAA Final Four in Indianapolis (April 4-6)…
