Here is a video clip showing “Lucy” (Scarlett Johansson) becoming increasingly psi-active and transcending spacetime (h/t reader Bastian).
Note the “Contact” scene i.e. an “E.T.” style finger touching between two Lucys (her and the monkey)…

And as soon as the fingers touch, Lucy does go extraterritorial, shooting up into outer space and then out of the physical dimensions.

P.S. In the movie Under the Skin, also released in 2014, Scarlett Johansson plays a woman who is an alien intelligence “under the skin” i.e. a human form occupied by the mind of an extraterrestrial being.
