Now it’s time to bring Quatrain X-72 into our own time.
Let’s start with the “King of Angolmois“…
Century X-72
L’an mil neuf cens nonante neuf sept mois,
Du ciel viendra vn grand Roy d’effrayeur:
Resusciter le grand Roy d’Angolmois,
Auant apres Mars regner par bon-heur.
The year 1999 seven months,
From the sky will come a great King of terror:
To bring back to life the great King of Angolmois,
Before after Mars to reign by good luck
– Nostradamus
…which historically speaking would be Francis I (reign 1515–1547), the most famous French king associated with Angoumois, born in Cognac and originally Count of Angoulême before ascending to the throne of France.
The name evokes the current Pope who was initially called “Pope Francis I” by the media before the Vatican corrected them. Regardless, Pope Francis is the first of his name even without the number attached.
Let me introduce another quatrain, II-97:
Quatrain ΙΙ-97
Roman pontiff beware of approaching
a city watered by two rivers.
You will spit blood in that place,
both you and yours, when the roses bloom.
It’s potentially relevant as Angoumois (now Charente) is inseparable from “Cognac“ which as a place name is where King Francis I was born, and Cognac in turn is related to the name “Condate” (a Roman settlement near Cognac) which etymologically conveys the idea of “merging of two rivers“ as in:
Line 2: “a city watered by two rivers
And then line 3…
Line 3: “You will spit blood in that place”
…implies something like the death of the Pope (or “Roman pontiff” per line 1). This could end up interacting with Pope Francis in the near future.
King Francis I died on March 31, 1547 at the Château de Rambouillet 50 km (31 mi) southwest of Paris. From Wikipedia:
It is said that “he died complaining about the weight of a crown that he had first perceived as a gift from God”. He was interred with his first wife, Claude, Duchess of Brittany, in Saint Denis Basilica. He was succeeded by his son, Henry II.
Just yesterday (Nov 23) the final season of popular Netflix series Arcane concluded with its final episodes…
…a season that started with an episode titled “Heavy Is the Crown” released on November 9.
How synchronistic is that? (Ominously the episode features not one but two massive “assassination” type events.)
That was just 4 days after the US Election won by Donald Trump who in effect became an “American king“.
Trump is also a “king of New York” where he has spent most of his life even though he now lives in Florida.
New York City‘s original name was “New Angoulême” per our previous discussion, making Trump analogous to “King of Angoulême” or “King of Angolmois” mentioned in line 3 of X-72!

The name “New Angoulême” was chosen by the first Europeans visitors whose transatlantic voyage was sponsored by King Francis I, i.e. the same Francis I who was the Count of Angoulême before becoming King.
The dots connect perfectly.
Even line 4…
Line 4: “Before after Mars to reign by good luck
…resonates with Mr. Mars, Elon Musk, who was a major factor in Trump‘s victory. Mars and “King of Angolmois” together:
Line 1 also makes some sense for Trump…
Line 1: “The year 1999 seven months”
…as it was in 1999 that Trump’s quest to become US president started. He created his first presidential exploratory committee on October 7, 1999 for the 2000 election.
Terror came “from the sky” in NYC/New Angoulême 2 years later…
Line 2: “From the sky will come a great King of terror”
…which we’ve already decoded via line 4…
Line 4: “Before after Mars to reign by good luck”
…which insinuates a Martian sequence of some sort, and Mars happens to have a 2-year orbital period.
Mars synodic orbit: 687 days
Mars sidereal orbit: 780 days
[780 is so close to “777” = “good luck” #]
Counting from the start of Trump’s presidential quest (Oct 7, 1999):
10/7/1999 + 687 = Aug 24, 2001
10/7/1999 + 780 = Nov 25, 2001
Directly overlapping Sept 11, 2001!
As for the “seven months” part…
Line 1: “The year 1999 seven months”
…it can point to August 1999 (1 Jan 1999 + “7 months” = Aug 1999)…
…which was exactly when NASA’s Saturn-bound, nuclear/plutonium-fueled Cassini spacecraft flew by Earth (for gravity assist maneuver) i.e. it literally came from the sky per line 2 (“From the sky will come a great King of terror”).
Cassini was named after astronomer Giovanni Domenico Cassini, a naturalized French, who helped set up the Paris Observatory where he served as the director until his death.
After 13 years of orbiting Saturn, Cassini ended its mission in 2017….
…the year Trump became US president (2017-2021).

So it’s quite clear, multicontextually speaking, that the famous “1999” quatrain X-72 is not a thing of the past. It seems to be relevant… right now.

And remember, the quatrain did in effect foresee 9/11 – one of the biggest events in modern history.
Something – some “terror” – looming on the horizon (if not already underway) that has the same level of impact?
