There is also something noted by reader James, a connection to North Korea and its crazy leader Kim Jon-un or as Trump called him “Rocket Man“.

The pattern is almost certainly inter-temporal… reflecting what’s ahead.
Sure enough, North Korea/Kim launches “rockets” right on time:
