If the canal is a star portal aligned to Cairo and the Sphinx, it can also denote the opening of the Hall of Records in alignment to the arrival of the Star Child. To me it’s a clear signal that the liminal barrier / threshold is upon us.

He is referring to the STR model of the Suez Canal blockage situation being analogous to a time portal represented by the Suez Canal at the Stargate latitude 30°N (= Giza/Cairo = Mars) getting blocked, seemingly analogous to a (star) baby stuck in a birth canal.

Per Fredy’s view, the blockage may be more a setup for its eventual grand opening in 2021, in effect signaling to the whole world the start of the New Martian Order in the new age, the threshold of which the world is crossing as we speak.

I’m unsure of the interpretation here. Mankind going to Mars and the end/beginning, time jump going back to Eden was I thought synonymous with initiating a new cycle of the matrix and being stuck once again in the time loop aka Groundhogs Day. Could not a blocking of that eventuality alternately symbolize moving on from the cosmic karmic wheel of civilizational and/or interdimensional death/rebirth, perhaps continuing the present timeline to charts unknown and unknowable here on Earth?

There seem to me to be two narratives at play. One: mankind being judged worthy by some superintelligence to level up to a spacefaring race and allowed to venture beyond the confines of Earth, or not. Two: Being trapped in (or condemned to) an interplanetary time loop between Earth and Mars where we essentially jettison one planet/timeline for the other (ostensibly just before it’s destruction) back and forth through ‘history’. [Is there] indeed a distinctions between these two narratives…? […]

The possibilities are mind boggling, but the picture I’m getting is one in which at some distant point in our present future a sufficiently (technologically) advanced subsegment of humans send themselves back to Zep Tepi where they are perceived as gods, to reboot civilization x.0, seeding proto-humanity with the early tools/tech (e.g. the agricultural revolution) by which to direct planetary evolution down the inevitable path of recreating the same sufficiently technologically advanced civilization necessary for them to be able to ‘escape’ the repercussions of it by doing it all over again, and again, and again, thus forever escaping judgement or having to pay the Piper. A perpetual ‘fall’ if you will, or a fall without end which is really no fall at all since it never hits ground. The filtering you speak of reminds me of eugenics and how certain ‘elite’ families are obsessed with their bloodlines (aka Illuminati) and keeping advanced hermetic knowledge of natural law occulted from the rest of humanity and exercising mind control over others to maintain their power differential.
