Lex Luthor gets quite specific about the location of “Target Zero“, pinpointing a region right in between Los Angeles and San Francisco:

This nuclear sub-theme sets the stage for the next big piece of the puzzle in the form of the Diablo Canyon Power Plant.
A nuclear power plant named “Diablo Canyon“. No joke. (Big thanks to reader freeman who bright this to my attention.) So we have the Canyon Diablo crater/meteor (Deep Impact) and this Diablo Canyon nuclear power plant. Yeah.
The plant is located near Avila Beach in San Luis Obispo County, California, roughly halfway between Los Angeles and San Francisco. It is California’s only operational nuclear plant and is scheduled to be shut down in 2025. Ominously it is less than a mile from the Shoreline fault line and less than 3 miles from the Hosgri seismic fault which caused a 7.1 magnitude earthquake back in 1927. When its construction began back in 1968 they did not know about these faults.
A major earthquake near Diablo Canyon could potentially cause a nuclear disaster like Fukushima back in 2011. Could we be seeing omens for that right now?
