Libra, as in the Scales in the sky, a Zodiacal constellation the Sun transits approximately October 31 through November 22 (sidereal/actual) every year.
This year overlapping a very ominous Mayan phi point from the 2008 mega financial crisis…

September 14, 2008 (ground zero of the financial crisis) and December 21, 2012 (Mayan calendar “end” date) together pinpointing November 17, 2019… all based on the Golden Ratio which is 1.618:1 or interchangeably 1:0.618. Once again “618” numbers or “Stargate” numbers.
The Mayan “end” date… well, it just works. Initial clues included an equidistant timeline co-anchored by it pinpointing the financial crisis date right at the halfway point like this:

Extending it further we subsequently managed to accurately predict another financial chaos window around mid August 2015 the details of which are discussed in “When Prediction Comes True…“. Market experts had no clue it was coming. But we saw it coming – all documented – all thanks to the phi timeline.
August 11, 2015 was the date. Markets started going berserk precisely on that day:

What’s happening is that “November 17, 2019” is a direct continuation of the same timeline, extended beyond August 11, 2015:
The pattern has great momentum and is unlikely to fizzle. I don’t think this particular timeline has ever had a miss and it’s going to do its thing once again one way or another.
So that’s what awaits us in mid November 2019, when the Sun is in Libra.
I should also mention that 2008 was the year of NASA’s Mars Phoenix Lander touching down in May 2008.
